Este é só um post rápido para contar à vocês que o open beta jogo Tree of Savior está previsto para a próxima quarta dia 22 de Março. E eu mal posso conter minha animação!

Se você é fã de MMOs, espero te ver por lá!

Segue a tradução do anúncio oficial feito pela página Tree of Savior Brasil abaixo:

“Boa tarde devotos de Laima, pedimos desculpas pela demora, demorou mais do que o esperado traduzir e revisar todo o conteúdo. Lembrando que tanto a notícia quanto a imagem foram adaptadas pela equipe da ToSBrasil.

Segue abaixo o pronunciamento da IMCGames sobre como irá funcionar o acesso exclusivo e antecipado ao servidor internacional:

“Saudações! Somos o time Tree of Savior.

Obrigado!

[Avisos e precauções ao comprar o Acesso Exclusivo: “Founder’s Server”]
– Os usuários de localidades onde já temos parceiros locais serão restritos à compra na Steam Store e ao login no servidor internacional;
– Os países que terão acesso restrito são: Coréia, Japão, Taiwan, Indonésia e China;
– Para Taiwan, nós faremos um pronunciamento separadamente em breve;
– A composição dos itens no TP Shop e seus preços podem diferenciar-se da versão coreana;
– Um máximo de 5 TP podem ser acumulados gratuitamente. 1 TP será recarregado a cada 4 horas;
– Alguns conteúdos, balanceamento de personagens e etc, podem diferenciar-se da versão coreana;
– O número de “Mundos” (servidores) que serão abertos dependerá do número inicial de usuários online;

LINE I ♥ Coffee

I ♥ Coffee is an iOS/Android Coffee Shop simulation game developed by PATI Studio and powered by LINE Corp. It’s similar to other restaurant/bakery management games, however it’s far more complex than most of them. Definitely the best one I’ve played so far (and I played lots of them).

LINE I ♥ Coffee

LINE I ♥ Coffee

You start the game running a small coffee shop. You’ll have a few coffee recipes and only 1 employee. Then you must complete several quests, roast your own beans, upgrade your old recipes and learn new ones as well. You’ll also be able to expand your shop, hire more employees (and keep them happy), advertise your business, take special guests orders, fulfill achievements and have an unthinkable amount of decoration options.

LINE I Coffee additionally has nice multiplayer features, where you can add both your LINE friends and/or you I Love Coffee only friends*. You can help them doing their quests, exchanging items and visit their shops. It also provides in-app purchases but they are completely optional. It’s not a pay-to-win kind of game!

This is my current shop

This is my own current shop

Wether you’re a hardcore or a more casual player, this game will certainly entertain you for several hours everyday. And If you wanna add me as your I Love Coffee neighbour my LINE ID is “gvermehren”. See you there!

And if you’re looking for tips and tricks for this game, I’d recommend this blog: https://lineilovecoffee.wordpress.com/

*You’ll need a LINE account to fully enjoy multiplayer features

Ps: the first time you login into the game there will be a huge update, I’d recommend to turn off the auto lock on your device until it’s fully loaded. But don’t worry, it’s only for this first update, next time it’s gonna be pretty much normal and quick.

This week in my life: Veggie food, Games and Horses

So yay! This is the first post on the “This week in my life” series and I’m gonna start it with food. More specifically, veggie food. Yummy!
Today i found a new place to eat, It’s located at the second floor of the Manauara Shopping in Manaus and it’s called “Mariposa” (The Moth). It provides a huge variety of vegetables and grains apart from its regular (non-veggie sadly) menu in a all-you-can-eat self-service style. 😀

Mariposa’s veggie buffet table, my launch on that day and Mariposa’s entrance

Also, every single thing on their buffet table have small tags on them with their names written in English and Portuguese. So if you don’t speak Portuguese there’s nothing to worry about.

Still talking about food, Dungeons & Burgers staff is going on a two weeks vacation for reformation. They plan to reopen their doors again on July 8th. Since at that time I’ll be in USA and only return in August it`ll take even longer for me to pay them a new visit. So last friday (their last opened day before reformation) I was there eating my beloved Elven veggie burger and playing Mice and Mystics with Felipe and some friends.

My Elven veggie burger (soy meat, tofu, beam sprouts, shiitake and shimeji mushrooms) and our Mice and Mystics match at Dungeons & Burgers last opened day before reformation.

Also on friday my sister and I went to donate blood. Unlike other countries, in Brazil you don’t receive any compensation ($) for that, except feeling good about yourself (which is compensating enough in my opinion). And you do feel good knowing that perhaps you are saving a life with such a small and EASY gesture. My sister however didn’t feel so well, it was her first time after all and her pressure dropped a little. But she still plans to donate again some other time (what a girl!).

As I told you here, I’m a veterinary medicine student at Uninorte – Laureate University and yesterday we had our first practical class with horses.
One of the things I like most about Uninorte is that unlike many other colleges, the animals welfare is of a great concern. Uninorte even have some alternative methods to the use of live animals on regular classes, like the anatomic models (I’ll talk more about them another day). On this practical class we learned the basics of horses behavior, how to handle them properly and how to evaluate their overall health. Although I had to wake up 6 AM on a Saturday (I have a problem waking up early in the morning), it was a good class.

PS: I appologize for the crazy outfit I’m wearing. My brain doesn’t work so well early in the morning, specially for clothing 😦

See you later!

Looking for my other posts this week? Here they are:

Brazilian addictions (I don’t have): “Novelas”

Dungeons & Burgers

Dungeons & Burgers

Although the numbers are increasing day after day, there aren’t many vegetarians in Brazil and these numbers are even shorter here in Manaus. You can see barbecue restaurants on every corner and vegetarian people are forced to have homemade meals for most of the times, which is pretty much healthier by the way. However, sometimes you just get tired of it, specially if you have non vegetarian friends who enjoy going out to chat and have meals together.

After I became vegetarian I experienced an isolated time from those friendly conventions since I didn’t have many options but simple salads. Luckily this picture is starting to change and nowadays there are much more options for vegetarian people to eat outside their homes. A good example is a restaurant called Dungeons & Burgers, which is one of my favorite places to go at this moment.

The super awesome

The super awesome “Elven” burger (soy burger, tofu, beam sprouts, shitaki and shimeji mushrroms) and some cool games

They present an approach that’s getting really popular, which is joining food and games together. Do you hate having to wait so long for you meals? Well, you won’t even notice the time if you’re having a really good time with your friends playing some board games. And that’s what “D&B” is betting on.

The entire place is very cozy. Large tables, nice decoration, neat and clean. As soon as you enter there you can choose from a great variety of games to play while you’re waiting for your order to come. Genius, huh? And more important: Dungeons & Burgers is one of the few places to offer vegetarian options around (and they are so delicious that even non vegetarian people will enjoy them) like the “Elven” Burger (soy burger, beam sprouts, tofu, shitaki and shimeji mushrooms) and the “Veggie Dice” (special bread, eggplants, tomatoes and lettuce).

Dungeons & Burgers Strawberry Milk Shake and the Love Letter game

Along with your burgers and sandwiches you’re allowed to choose from a great variety of sauces, natural juices, shakes and sodas. They also have some good deserts like the Fruit Sundae and even some alcoholic drinks like whisky, beer and the famous Brazilian caipirinha.

The “Veggie Dice” (special bread, eggplants, tomatoes and lettuce)

From the games list, I’d like to highlight King of Tokyo (2-5 players), Coup (a fun card game, something between a “detective style” game and poker) and Mice and Mystics (a traditional board RPG game).

Desserts: The Fruit Sundae

If you are planing to visit Manaus, Dungeons & Burgers is a place you definitely must go. You can make a reservation through the phone number +55 92 994770407 (Brazil, Amazonas)

Feeling like having a happy hour? They offer some good drinks like the tradicional brazilian caipirinha

Dungeons & Burgers opens from 6PM to 11PM (Wed-Sat) and is located at Av. Via Lactea, 100, Adrianópolis. If you need more information, this is their Facebook page.

Games I play: Clash of Clans!

Clash of Clans is an iOS/Android strategy game developed by Supercell. I’ve been playing for the past 2 years and I just can’t get enough of it.

Clash-of-Clans-e1392659745720As many similar games you start with a small village and a few troops. As you advance through the game your start to expand your empire, improve your troops and defenses. You can also join a guild and battle against other guilds with your friends.
You gotta plan a good defense setup for your base and good attack strategy that may change according to the enemy base you’re willing to attack.
I certainly recommend this game, gonna get you busy for hours, days, months and years!

My friends and I have a guild there named Sabotage Inc, we are currently lv 4 and expanding. If you wanna join us, please go to https://www.facebook.com/sabotageincguild and apply! We are always participating on guild wars (but remember, since we are brazilians, we speak portuguese…mostly)
